Ground floor B2B sales opportunity – build a 6-figure annual income stream – for LIFE.

This is not an entry-level position. This requires an experienced, successful, sales leader looking for the next BIG DEAL who recognizes the value of residual commissions paid out for the life of the contract. (With or without hitting production requirements.)

This is NOT some kind of insurance, securities, or MLM gimmick.

We’re looking for a sales champion who can help us grow a nationwide business consulting agency.

We’re a PEO broker. We help businesses who are considering using a Professional Employer Organization for the first time as well as those looking to switch to a better, more affordable PEO to lower employment costs.

Human resources is too complicated, too risky and too expensive to do alone. Regulations are out of control. With a PEO, our clients are seeing better benefits, significantly lower premiums, and reduced workers comp rates. Not to mention, a bump in productivity and employee engagement. We often find savings between $1,000 to $3,500 per employee, per year.

The PEO industry is growing at rapid rate.

Your job will be to prospect and build relationships with business owners. This way, when the time is right, we can impartially shop the client’s business with several of the top PEOs we represent for free. You will help the client secure 3-5 proposals from PEOs perfectly suited for their needs as an employer.

If the client chooses a PEO we represent, you’ll earn a healthy monthly commission based on the number of employees in the company – for the LIFE of the deal. Residual income on deals that last on average 3-5 years. The average deal pays out $10,000 – $25,000 per year.

The income potential is incredible for the right person.

We are offering two different comp plans. Commission only with lifetime residual income or salary plus with a one-time commission per deal.

Responsibilities of the B2B Sales Representative include:

  • Prospecting for and running dynamic sales presentations that highlight the benefits of working with Aliere Advisors
  • Educating decision makers and business owners about the benefits of HR outsourcing
  • Signing up new clients for our free service

Bonus requirements include:

  • Prior top performer status in an outside sales position
  • Performance-based sales background including B2B services, long-cycle sales, outside sales, cold-calling, selling solutions and/or selling to local businesses with 20 – 500 employees preferred
  • Membership in an industry or chamber association or business networking group
  • Applicants with existing business contacts.

If you’re experienced selling B2B services like: payroll, health Insurance, expense reduction, staffing or PEO.

This position could be a perfect fit.
